Consulting Tools Ltd. complies fully with the data protection act. We take the storage of your data very seriously.

Any paper-based data, along with all electronic data will be stored securely on-site by us for the duration of the project/project stage plus three months, or twelve months, whichever is the longer. After this period any paper data will be securely destroyed. 

All data will be stored electronically on permanent media, securely and off site for a period of seven years. 

Any data originating in the EU region will not be transmitted or processed outside of the region and will be handled by our secure webserver based in the UK.

Consulting Tools acts as subcontractor for clients and only holds data in aggregated form. Data security and confidentiality is addressed under Technical Data.

Any enquiries regarding access to data held by Consulting Tools will be referred to the client. Consulting Tools will cooperate fully and within statutory timeframes in whatever course of action is adopted by a client, subject to Consulting Tools own legal position not being compromised.
