Denis enjoys a reputation for being very adaptable and capable of building rapport quickly with a broad spectrum of clients at all levels. He blends extensive operational experience with a well established record in consulting over the past 8 years. Subsequent to graduating with a BSc in 1991, Denis has continued his professional development in Africa and Europe and this has helped shape his appreciation for and celebration of diversity.

A substantial part of his operational experience is at Senior Management level across both the private and public sectors. Denis brings a true appreciation of the challenges and rewards incumbent in leading and managing people. Thriving on variety and challenge has meant that he has built up a lot of experience in engaging individuals and organisations to grow and succeed. Denis is equally comfortable leading or supporting significant change programmes as he is one-off bespoke events or the development of an individual.

Denis’ personable style belies his ability to be respectfully challenging when appropriate, a combination that helps him to build respect with clients and colleagues alike.

Clients experience a very rounded approach to the way he adds value as he draws on unlikely co-existing abilities in applying creativity and logic, complexity and simplicity and also strategic and detail consciousness. Denis is passionate about making and encouraging others to make a positive difference.
